Youth Leadership Program 2008
June 16-18, 2008 * Des Moines Area Y-Camp * Ages 14-18
Do you love the outdoors, adventure, and leading children? Come camp under the stars with friends, eat your own cookout challenge, solve the ropes challenge-course, and dare to zip down the zip line! Then become a fearless leader for PFI Summer Camp—The Wonder Under Us.
Monday: Camp at Ledges State Park, exploring new ground, and get to know each other over a cookout challenge.
Tuesday: Grow the team spirit by solving the ropes challenge course, then learn skills to recognize and guide others in their discovery of the wonder under us.
Wednesday: Dare to zip down the zip line, and then get ready, because here come the campers!
Who: Youth ages 14-18 are invited. Bring a friend!
When: Arrive by 2pm on Monday, June 16. The leadership program ends Wednesday when the campers come and you serve as counselors for the Summer Camp.
Cost: $140 for the whole week (includes Summer Camp). Register by May 30.
